What is your new patient procedure?

Once I receive your information, I will call you within 24 hours. During that phone conversation, I can answer any questions, get some information from you about your needs, then set up an appointment time.

What types of health insurance do you accept?

I am a provider for Medicare; I am out of network for all other insurances, but as a courtesy can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Most third party payers limit reimbursment for wellness and preventative programs. 

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

The state of Missouri requires a doctor's referral for a new injury or need for Physical Therapy. Doctor's referrals are not needed for wellness and preventative care.
